This buttery soft and breathable organic cotton weighted blanket is ideal for all seasons.
Weighted blankets have been medically proven to aid naturally deeper sleep cycles. The weight on your body stimulates the production of serotonin (the happy hormone), reduces cortisol (the stress hormone), and increases melatonin, which helps you fall (and stay) asleep. Your Napper should be roughly 10% of your body weight (e.g. 70kg body weight = 7kg Napper)

Soft, sustainable fabric is the only thing inside our blanket to give it weight. Our organic long-staple cotton is pre-washed for buttery softness – just like your favorite T-shirt. OEKO-TEX® 100 and Fairtrade International certified. 100% organic cotton. A healthier choice for your home and the environment: organic cotton uses up to 90% less water than conventional farming methods and is free from harmful chemicals, pesticides, synthetics, or artificial softeners. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 ensures this product is safe for your family, the people who manufactured it and the environment.
Wash separately in cold water, on a delicate or permanent-press cycle, using mild or eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry on low.
Avoid fabric softeners and bleach.
Note: your Cotton Napper may take more than one cycle to be fully dried. Avoid hanging your Napper to dry – it'll stretch out its lovely loops. Avoid top-loading washing and drying machines.

5kg - 100 x 160 cm
7 kg - 100 x 180 cm
9 kg - 115 x 180 cm
11 kg - 120 x 180 cm
Your Napper should be roughly 10% of your body weight (e.g. 70kg body weight = 7 kg Napper).
If you're between weights, we recommend you go with the lower weight category (e.g. 80kg body weight is best suited to a 7kg Napper).
The best weighted blankets are handmade! Since our Nappers are hand-knit, size and weight can vary slightly between each blanket.

I had already discovered the amazing communication skills of the Bearaby customer service team before I received my blanket. (Charlotte and the rest of the team always responded quickly and thoughtfully to each and every message!) As I began to unroll my beautiful new Morning Matcha blanket, I found a small gap in the stitching. When I reached out for advice on how to proceed, Charlotte requested 2 additional photos and then sent me a return shipping label. She told me that as soon as UPS received my return package, a replacement would be shipped out to me. My new replacement Bearaby arrived in perfect condition in just a few days, just as promised! I now have a gorgeous breathable weighted organic cotton blanket to replace the sweaty old synthetic weighted blanket filled with glass beads I had been using. PERFECTION!

The benefit of a heavy knit blanket is the even weight distribution, which helps to extend the comfort of Deep Touch Pressure (DTP) to your full body.
The recommended weighted blanket weight is 10% of your body weight. For someone who weighs 70kg, your best bet is the 7kg weighted blanket. For someone closer to 90kg, we recommend our 9kg blanket.
If you’re in-between weights, we recommend to round down up to the lower weight option. Our Nappers are available in 5, 7, and 9 kg weight options.
Our Nappers are machine washable!
Make sure to check your washing machine’s weight capacity before washing your Napper. Our delightfully heavy blankets are great for deep sleep, but it’s essential to check beforehand if the washing machine model you have can bear the full weight of your blanket.
