I absolutely love my Bearaby Tree Napper. It has become one of my favorite tools for regulating my nervous system on hard days. I've been struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep. I'm a pretty light sleeper and my partner likes to be warm when sleeping - I need it to be cool. We switched to him having extra blankets and me having just the Tree Napper and the bed sheet. After the initial 2 weeks, I've been sleeping so much better! My Oura ring was basically clapping for me and my new sleep habits, lol! This was well worth the spend - truly!! Keeps me cool and once I got used to the weight, I've been loving it.

I purchased the blanket to help regulate my sleep cycle due to perimenopausal disruptions. The tree napper has helped soothe my anxiety, cool me down, and reduce my night time tossing and turning. It has been great on its own for naps, relaxing with a book, or for nights when I need additional cooling. I have also enjoyed tossing it over my comforter on cooler nights or nights when I need a cozier, comfier sleep. My young kids are both love this blanket and keep finding reasons to snuggle with it. I can't wait to buy them each their own Bearaby's, especially my kiddo with ADHD and sensory processing difficulties who says he likes the blanket because it is "cold, heavy, and pretty." Finally, it looks nice at the foot of my bed, adding a splash of color to our main bedroom that both my spouse and I find soothing even when we are not using the blanket itself. tldr: This blanket is a worthwhile purchase for the whole family!

Before buying my Bearaby blanket, my sleep was a disaster. I couldn't fall asleep, couldn't stay asleep, broken sleep patterns, waking up feeling more tired than when I went to bed, the whole nine. Melatonin and valerian root did nothing for me, but this blanket?! Game changer!! The first night I used this blanket I couldn't believe the improvement in my sleep. I would never have guessed that a BLANKET would be the answer to my sleep problems. I am absolutely in love with my Bearaby and will tell anyone who will listen how much it has improved my sleep.

I got the 25 pound version. It is very high quality and obviously made well. Since it is not solid it does not seem to add extra warmth. I have it on top of my blanket. It does help me sleep much better. I didn't use any break in time. Just used it all night. It isn't cheap but it is super high quality so I understand the price point. Highly recommended.

As a retired mental health professional in my late 70's, I can't believe I didn't discover the efficacy of a weighted blanket sooner. After my doctor ruled out medical reasons for my complaint of feeling tired most of the time, I was convinced that I wasn't resting well at night. I found myself getting heavy blankets out to cover me even though it's summer here in Florida! As I often do, I decided to do some research & came up with articles on how weighted blankets may improve sleep quality. I linked that theory to my recent use of heavy blankets. My next step was to research the various types of weighted blankets & decided I liked the idea of a cotton knit. Being a well seasoned knitter, I then searched for patterns & yarns but soon concluded that to knit one in the luxury yarn & size I wanted, that would equal 10 percent of my body weight turned out to be too difficult for me to figure out. Reviews also commented that DIY cost about as much as buying one. After eliminating brand after brand I came upon Bearaby, specifically the Cotton Napper. I have been sleeping under it's evenly distributed weight now for the past couple of weeks, & I cannot believe the difference it has made. I've been experiencing a deeper & more restful sleep, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT & I no longer get up in the morning feeling extremely fatigued, that's life changing for me. Thank you for my beautiful Bearaby cotton Napper.
