What if I want to cancel or change my order?
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us at hello@bearaby.eu or get in touch via this contact form. Unfortunately, no orders can be canceled once they are already processed and fulfilled by our warehouse, but we’ll be happy to help you return your order once it’s been delivered.
How do exchanges work?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned and that’s why we offer a 14-day exchange window on all our products.

How quickly can I expect my refund?
Once your return is processed, we will initiate a refund automatically to your credit card (or original method of payment). Credit will be received within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
